Frances is your teacher at Blue Iris Yoga. She is also a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a caretaker, and a worker. Classes with Frances help strengthen and center the body and mind to relax and restore. Frances has practiced yoga for over two decades and completed holistic teacher training focusing on alignment based flow, restorative, yin, and strength yoga in 2020.
